What happens after you call or write

1. 01

You call or send a request

Call (661) 377-0037 or fill out the form with your address and what's bothering you, like a hot upstairs, cold floors or a power bill that keeps climbing. A line or two is plenty. You don't need to go up in the attic first, because that's my job.

2. 02

   We get back to you

We reply within one business day to set a time that suits you. We answer the phone seven days a week, 8 AM to 9 PM, so an evening call is fine.

3. 03

I come out and show you what I found

I do the estimate myself at your home. It's free, with no obligation. I go up in the attic or under the house, point my flashlight at what's there and tell you what I'd do and in what order. If you go ahead, we check whether your address falls under the city or the county and handle the permit if the job needs one, take care of prep and repairs first, and then our installers do the work and I check it before we leave. You can read more about me and how we work before I get there.
